Language proficiency test training, booking and related assistance

We are not an immigration authority, government agency, or law firm. Our services are limited to consulting, guidance, and assistance based on publicly available information and our expertise.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome
All decisions regarding admissions, visas, permanent residency, and work permits are made solely by the relevant educational institutions, immigration authorities, and government bodies. Vernora Edu Global does not control these decisions and therefore cannot guarantee approval of any application, admission, visa, permit, or related outcome.

4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents.
Submit required documents within the timelines communicated to you.
Carefully review all forms and documents before submission.
Comply with instructions and requirements of relevant authorities and institutions.

Vernora Edu Global is not responsible for delays, refusals, or negative outcomes resulting from incomplete, false, misleading, or late submissions of information or documents provided by you.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees will be communicated clearly prior to engagement.
All fees are payable as per the agreed payment terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all fees paid to Vernora Edu Global are non-refundable, including in cases of application refusal or withdrawal.
Our consulting fees do not include government fees, visa fees, application fees to institutions, courier charges, translation fees, or any other third-party charges.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and other material, is the intellectual property of Vernora Edu Global unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
